Our knowledge of the hotel business ensures all designs and recommendations are both practical and possible in terms of functionality, legislation, standards and, most importantly, the client’s and brand requirements.
Architects and interior designers – advice on functional and ergonomic layouts; guidance in terms of requirements for a graded and/or brand specific hotel; and suggestions on layouts, themes, materials and finishes.
Kitchen and BOH equipment – with our own kitchen and back of house hotel design specialist, Hotel Spec offers complete design services of all back of house areas including the preparation of services drawings and detailed equipment layouts for all areas to assist in budget and review processes.
Technology strategies – a ‘due diligence’ approach ensures cost effective solutions for all IT hardware; software (hotel management, PMS, POS systems, financial, administrative, etc.); and a wide range of technology, including hotel door locks, internet connectivity, audio visual systems, security and in-room TV entertainment.
Mechanical, electrical and lighting installations – we work closely with the client’s mechanical and electrical consultants during all stages of planning and installation, offering guidance on service loads and environmental best practice.
Furniture, Fixtures and Equipment – compilation of detailed FF&E lists to aid budget preparation, assist interior designers and facilitate client approval, and ongoing management and reporting of client’s budget.
